THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE WE OFFER THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE TO EACH OF OUR CLIENTS.

Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is required. If you book an appointment and wish to change information/reschedule you would have to complete another deposit. All deposits will go towards the overall total of your service. In rare-cases, if you won't be able to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Clients who no show/no call their appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48-hours in advance. Please note that your deposit will be applied to your new appointment booking.

Any cancellations within less than 24-hour of notice will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service price

Late Policy

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late please call or text me at 808-800-6978. Due to the nature of our services, we prepare for all of our appointments. Please consider that there are appointments after you. There is a 10-minute grace period. Anything after will result in a $15 late-fee automatically charged to your service. If you arrive 15-minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled and we need to reschedule your appointment where you will place another deposit.

 

If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service fee. *ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Guest & Child Policy

We kindly ask you don't have any additional guest accompany you to your appointments; unless you are under the age of 18 you will need a parent/legal guardian present. If you are under the age of 18, we require Parental Consent prior to your treatment.

​We love children but for the safety and comfort of your children and our clients we appreciate your understanding. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Skin Preparation Policy

COME WITH A FRESH CLEAN BARE FACE

Freshly washed and no makeup. A clean face helps speed up our time together so we can see your skin in its natural state to recommend a custom plan.

Product Policy

Note the products that you currently use.

​

We’ll want to know everything that goes on your skin, so making a list of your products and brands-bringing them in will work too.

Sick Policy

If you are experiencing flu-like or cold symptoms including fever to have come into contact with someone positive with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment .
